Original Paintings: We offer free shipping on all original paintings within the United States. Shipping cost is included in the purchase price. Original paintings are carefully packaged with protective materials and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size, value, and destination, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Original Artwork Return Policy
I want you to love your original painting. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The artwork must be fully insured during return shipping.
Once the artwork is safely received, a refund will be issued (excluding original shipping costs).
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork so I can assist you.
Prints: Print shipping information will be calculated at checkout. Prints are fulfilled by our print partner Printful and ship separately from original paintings
Processing & Shipping Times: Print-on-demand items are made to order and ship separately from a third-party fulfillment partner.
Print Return Policy (Print-on-Demand Items)
All prints are made to order and produced specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors.
If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with our print partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
Separate Fulfillment: Prints ship from a different location than original paintings, If you order both you will receive multiple shipments.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
